General description
The Montana cryogenic Helium (closed-loop) confocal microscope enables photoluminescence measurements in confocal geometry in the 4-300 K temperature range for crystalline samples (approx. 3X3X1 mm).
The typical application is the characterisation of active defects (e.g. nitrogen vacancy, etc) in diamond, but the system is compatible with samples in other materials (e.g. Silicon, Silicon Carbide, etc).
